The Visionary

Introducing Coach Jon Willis. Jon is originally from Jacksonville, Florida and has been living in Oregon since 2013. He comes to us with a wealth of experience from coaching college basketball, leadership and program development, and community service. Jon has coached at Willamette, Linfield, South Puget Sound, and Western Oregon during his time in the PNW. He has led leadership and DEI trainings with the Boys and Girls Club, City of Sweet Home, City of Ephrata, WA and approximately 45 universities. He has a heart for people and developing coaches. Jon’s passion for community service has led him to run camps, clinics and give motivational speeches all over the USA.

Jon has a three beautiful children, Kai, Preston, and Maya. Jon enjoys working in the lawn and in the vegetable garden. Jon is the author of the world famous Bring The Juice speech which focuses on having a championship mentality and approach to everything you do! One encounter with Coach Willis and you will never forget it.
